REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Wellington Factory does not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind. In certain circumstances we may be able to accommodate exchanges of size subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges of size. items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed with original tags in place.
For faulty garments please contact hey@wellingtonfactory so that we can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. You will need to return items with all tags in place. After the fault is assessed upon return we reserve the right to repair or replace. if the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.
Please contact hey@wellingtonfactory with your return/refund/fault queries within 6 days of receiving your items so that we can begin the process as soon as possible. If the 6 day period is passed we can not under any circumstances accept any refunds/returns. Wellington Factory does not cover the return postage costs — this cost is at your own expense. We recommend using Australia Post registered or express or registered international post to return garments to us, and we advise you to take note of your tracking number as we are not responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned.
Please note we do not accept refunds, returns or credit notes on sale items.
We do not refund credit notes. If you wish to return an order purchased with a credit note, another credit note will be issued.
Please note we also do not accept cancellations on pre-orders or refunds prior to shipping. Once the orders have been packed and distributed the customer will receive an order shipment confirmation via email and tracking number.
