RETURNS POLICY
We want you to have peace of mind with your purchase.
 

Wellington Factory accepts refunds and exchanges for full priced items purchased online within 5 days of receipt of goods. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on items purchased with AfterPay, or any discounted items, including  promotional discounts. 

Please fill out the returns/ exchanges sheet included in your order and return your items within 5 days of receipt of goods.

If this form is incomplete we will be unable to process your return or exchange. 

  • Please make sure you return any item/s in original condition. Tags and branded dust bags must be included. Otherwise we will not accept your return and issue an exchange or refund.
  • We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the return’s timeframe
  • Gift cards cannot be returned.
  • Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 - 7 days (depending on peak times) for your refund or exchange to be processed.
  • Original shipping charges and duties and taxes are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Wellington Factory takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return.
  • We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by the WF warehouse.

Faulty Items 
We aim to provide the highest quality garments and customer care, but from time to time something may go wrong. If you perceive an item to be faulty upon its arrival, do not use or wear the item as this will void its ability to be returned. 
Please contact our admin team at hey@wellingtonfactory.com and provide a brief description and photographic evidence and we will arrange for its return.
Also note that in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, Wellington Factory reserves the right to repair or replace the faulty garment. 
If there is no replacement available we will issue a refund.
Wellington Factory will cover the returned postage cost for Faulty items by sending a pre-paid return shipping label.
