E X C H A N G E  P O L I C Y

Due to the limited quantity that Wellington Factory produces per style , we are currently not able to accept refunds due to change of mind. We happily will accomodate you if you wish to change your size/style or colour, depending stock availability.  Please email us at hey@wellingtonfactory within 5 days of receiving your parcel and we will help you out.

If you do not wish to exchange your item, a store credit will be issued for the full purchase amount of your item. Your credit note will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card with easy to follow usage instructions.

  • We do not accept refunds or returns on sale items.
  • Make sure the item you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue an exchange or credit note.
  • Once your package reaches the warehouse. please allow 3 to 7 days (depending on peak times) for your exchange/credit note to be processed.

F A U L T Y  I  T E M S  |  D E F E C T S  

We aim to provide the highest quality garments and customer care, but from time to time something may go wrong. If you perceive an item to be faulty upon its arrival, do not use or wear the item as this will void its ability to be returned. Please contact our admin team at and provide a brief description and photographic evidence and we will arrange for its return.

Please note that in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, Wellington Factory reserves the right to repair or replace the faulty garment. If there is no replacement available we will issue a refund.

Wellington Factory will cover the returned postage cost for Faulty items.
