Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide and globally.
All packages are sent via Australia Post, delivering within 1-2 business days for metropolitan areas, and 3-5 days for regional areas. For international delivery timeframes please email us for current estimates.
All orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours after we receive them.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please ensure you provide a contact number and the correct delivery address in order to receive your package. If you have any additional requests or queries regarding your shipment, we request this is asked before committing to purchase to ensure customer satisfactory with the shipment and delivery of your order, as we are not always available to support every request post purchase
Please ensure that there is an authorised person to accept your parcel as Wellington Factory does not provide refunds or cancellations on orders that have been returned back to us.
Whilst we want you to receive your Wellington Factory parcel as soon as possible, slight processing delays may occur during season launches and sale periods. We are an incredibly small team and thank you in advanced for your understanding.

We offer complimentary shipping within Australia on orders over $300.

Please note: international shipments can incur customs or import duties and taxes once they reach their destination. As the recipient, you are liable for these charges in order to release the shipment. We are unable to estimate what these will be, so it is best that you contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Lost / Missing Parcels
Wellington Factory will always try our best to help assist in the misfortunate event that your item may become lost in transit however, we cannot take responsibility or be held liable for parcels that are missing or stolen from your delivery address.
Once the parcel has left our business' warehouse it is the responsibility of Australia Post and any further disputes must be settled with them.
Pre Orders
Estimated delivery dates are approximate for guidance only. We try out best to get your order dispatched to you as soon as possible, but we are sometimes affected by delays outside of our control. Pre Orders are considered final orders and cannot be cancelled once placed.
